Mr. Levine has been a civil litigator mainly in commercial law since 2000, representing the Firm’s clients nationwide in both state and federal courts, in arbitrations and in mediations. He became a partner of Fiore & Levine in 2010 and later founded its successor firm, Levine & Daniels, PLLC in 2012. In 2013 Levine & Daniels became Levine & Associates, PLLC. Mr. Levine’s areas of expertise include: Uniform Commercial Code defense; loan workouts and recovery; loss prevention and risk management; drafting commercial and consumer depositors’ agreements; commercial loan origination; creditor’s rights, including creditor’s rights in bankruptcy; employment matters, including a variety of workplace issues ranging from disputes on transitional compensation, employee commission overpayments, wrongful termination, breach of contract, fraudulent inducement in hiring, interference with client relations, discrimination, ADA, whistle-blowing, inter-firm recruiting and raiding, trade secrets, and covenants not to compete; securities industry arbitrations; defending on libel and defamation claims, customer disputes against securities broker-dealers and insurance defense. A representative list of his clients includes BB&T, PNC Bank, N.A., Wells Fargo Advisors, Wells Fargo Bank, First Data Corporation, Virginia Commerce Bank, TD Bank, John Marshall Bank, United Bank, Edward Jones, Deutsche Bank, Virginia Heritage Bank, and The Bank of Hampton Roads.
